Radi-Acc is ideal as a replacement overflow accumulator or as an addition to an engine that did not come with an accumulator.
Once installed and filled with coolant to the "cold" level, the accumulator stores overflow coolant when the engine runs hot. The coolant is drawn back into the radiator when the engine cools down.
